2003 GT Spark Plug Pop Out

Go on Amazon, look up Timesert kit. There are others, including generic inserts that parts stores sell, but what I've heard from others with experience is that this is the best of them and that once installed is a permanent fix.

Nice!! Thank you!!! Second question. . . . is it safe to drive with a blown out plug? I have it parked about 30 miles from my home cuz I'm too scared to drive it, and dont wanna pay the 300 dolalrs to get it towed, but will if it will cause damage.

A few possibilities that came to mind.
1. The car might go into fail safe mode.
2. You'll be spitting out an air/fuel mix from that hole in basically an enclosed engine bay. The hot exhaust is not far away. Unless you unplug the COP a spark is also close. You could just unplug the injector to resolve most of this concern.
3. The burning of fuel actually helps to cool the combustion chamber. It is possible that that a large temp diff between adjacent cylinders could cause the head to deform or the valves to harden or deform.
4. Alum is very weak and the air coming out of the hole could sort of eat out the hole.
I'm no expert and the above are all just a guess, but 30 miles seems like way to far.

Do not drive it unless you want to blow the motor.
Timesert or Helicoil kit are your two options. The only thing that guarantees it from happening again? New heads....my old 2v blew a spark plug out and after getting it helicoiled, it ran like new.

Im not saying its safe to drive, but I drove 20-25 miles when the ceramic white piece of the spark plug blew out of the metal housing. Done it in a 99 z28, thought I blew the long tube header gasket. It was about 3 AM and in the middle of nowhere so I just went on. If I knew, I would have towed it.
