Crankshaft Pulley Questions

Crankshaft Pulley Questions
So I was changing out some of my pulley's (2002 Mustang GT, Auto) and ran into some questions.
Question 1: I ordered a crankshaft pulley from the Ford dealership and upon removing it from the box noticed two things. One the part numbers do not match. Part number on box is 1W7Z 6312 AA. Part number on part (located on vibration damper) is 1W7E 6316 AK. Is there a reason for this? Additionally (and perhaps related), the part itself does not look like the part on my car now. The three holes that I use to remove the pulley from my car do not exist on the new pulley. There are casting indentations for a drill and tap but no actual machining has been done. Is this normal? Do I need to do this myself?
Question 2: I planned on using an impact to loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt as to avoid turning the crankshaft. When installing the new one however I am unsure about following the torque specs in the workshop manual. Do I not need to worry about the crankshaft turning when torquing a new crankshaft pulley? Is there something I must do to stop the crankshaft from turning?
I will gladly post pictures if someone would kindly let me know how. Thank you.

Alright, here are some pictures. I'm not sure whether I got the wrong part or they no longer come with pre-drilled holes.

I can't say much about wrong/right part. However it really looks like one for 2005-2010 3v rather than a pre 2005 2v. Maybe it was a revision and the two are interchangeable? If size, ribs, ID is all the same maybe?
I can say that on the pulley in the pics is meant to be removed with a three jaw puller. For the install I recommend renting a "harmonic balancer install tool". Autozone and others will rent you this tool for a deposit that will be refunded to you upon return of the tool. So as long as you return it it's a free rental.
Check out the tread on installing underdrive pulleys. This has good pics.
