Default 2004 Leather touch up?

After almost 11 years of use,the leather on my driver's seat, actually just the left bolster on the seat back, has some cracking in the finish. (charcoal black color)
Is there a way to shape this area up? The rest of the interior is in excellent condition. Thanks

In my experience (my driver seat is beginning to look like Bin Laden flew a plane into it), the cracks you see in the leather are a precursor to an imminent split or tear. You can buy yourself some time by regular application of leather protective products, which should be done anyway, but when the time comes all you can really do is have it replaced.

Being that everything but that bolster is in good shape, your least costly option may be to find a local upholstery shop to replace that section when it gets to that point.
