Default Inaccurate gas gauge

When I fill my GT up with gas it reads 3/4 on the gauge. The gauge is working but it's inaccurate. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

possible causes are , faulty tank sender, faulty gauge, and faulty wiring. all will have to be checked to get to the bottom of the concern.
