HI everyone. I'm new to this. I need some help. can anyone tell me how to wire up a 04 transmission in my 96 gt. It's a automatic. I know the speed ar miter isn't going to work but it's the harness that I'm worried about.

what exactly about the harness worries you? the connector for the vss sensor is the same, unless the vss is on the other side all you would have to do is splice it and make it longer. thats what i had to do on my t56 swap. check out this website http://www.accutach.com/general-how-tos/vss-oss-swaps. it helped me out a lot.

It's the main harness that plugs into the transmission that is diffrent. The one that plugs into the shifter linkage.
