Stock, do the 98s naturally MOVE? Especially for 225hp?

With a trap of 96 mph, you've got the power to get down into the low 14's. Your 60 foots were great huh?

I mean....

1 - Stock is the car fast?
2 - Is it fast FOR 225hp?

Umm here's an example. Right now I have an 87 Monte Carlo SS. It's 300hp with a shift kit into it. Now..it's FAST, BUT not as fast as a 300hp car should be. (so to speak) In this case, the automatic tranny, and weight of the car are the bottle necks. Do you understand what I mean yet? It's kinda hard to explain.
