Engine squealing & metal sounds, clutch?
So, weeks after I do the entire intake manifold, water pump and plugs work, from a prior coolant leak issue (thank you all for the guidance and tips), we now have a severe engine metal sound while starting the car, at low RPMs and the car will not stay started. I have removed the serpentine belt, to eliminate alternator, water pump and anything else driven by the belt, but the sound was still there. Here's the video of the sound:

and here is the interior indications:
So, between the research here's and YouTube, I believe I have a clutch / throw out bearing issue. Yesterday, I raised the car in a friends garage and began the disassembly of the drive shaft (three bolts off). I also had went to AutoZone (local) and picked up a clutch kit and retainer ring. I am following the mustang forum "how to's" and some videos, I think I can do this myself, any tips or advice is greatly appreciated.
I think my next steps are to remove the 4th drive shaft bolt (I was able to get 3 off last night), then move to the starter, H-pipe and the clutch release cable from the clutch fork.
