Default Clutch cable issues

So I just installed a new tranny, clutch, flywheel, along with a steeda quadrant and firewall adjuster with a new Ford cable. The issue Im having is that as I drive the car the clutch cable/pedal feel get worse and worse. As it gets bad it feels like the cable is going to snap or like Im taking a hack saw to it. You can actually here it making noise as you depress the pedal. What could cause this? Im reading that the quadrant maybe spaced wrong? The firewall adjuster is spun 1/2 to 3/4 of the way out. Any help would be great.
