I bought a used sct x2 and it seems to be unlocked (I downloaded the live load and unlocked it there and it says 4 unlocks left)I uploaded the sct file 1 tune and now it wont start because the pats is armed tried setting back to stock tune and still wont start tried unhooking the battery and installing the tunes again as a last resort and nothing...so frustrated !!!

sounds like you somehow blanked the pcm, only option now is to take it to the dealer and have them flash it back to stock, as long as the pcm wasnt fried in the process. good luck
