1996 GT Studdering problems.. Need Help
 

so i have a 1996 Gt i picked up for a grand with 117xxx miles its ran great for the pas 3kmiles i broke the clutch cable replaced it other than that its great, everything works..... Heres the problem, i drove it to my buddies house two days ago today ran fine going there, wasnt driving it really hard or anything, although i have in the past, it sat for 15-30 min went to leave and now it stutters when you try to accelerate but frees up above about 3.5k.... had a code thrown previously that was never cleared, cleared it off and doesnt throw anymore codes.. the funny thing is when i let it set all night it ran better for first 20 min of driving then it started agen.... i replaced the MAF senser and no change and also the fuel filter located by tank and axle. at idle it will occationally miss but does not do that consistantly... and has not done it today... its not leaking any fluids or contaminateing the oil/antifreez with eachother and is not hissing into the radiator or anything so i dont think it has a blown head gasket.... i lean as i go and so far im stumped... i read a post about an automatic (mynes a 5spd) and he fixed it by re gapping spark plugs, i will try this after school but dont understand how it can run better at first if this is the problem, or how it "just happend" out of the blue... any other ideas are aprichiated as well as how to check it. heres the link to the other guys thread... : https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6l...se-help-2.html
