Default Oil Cooler Adapter Gasket replacement.

I need to replace my O-Ring in my adapter gasket. I have a picture of the gasket i need to replace. I just have no clue how to get the "stud"/oil filter bolt out to take the adapter out. If anybody knows how to do this I would be great full for this advice.

The labeled part is the one I'm trying to replace

this, usually its a 14mm allen

i recommend if you are going that far, to replace the gasket behind the cooler as well... the one that goes between the block and cooler. pretty common leak/failure spot. you're going to lose a lot of coolant but its not a hard thing to replace.

picture of the one for reference
