I usually just scroll through here and read/look up stuff as I need but if you really want to go S/C you can piece one together with a used head unit and still have a good chunk of change leftover. I think it's a sticky in the "pipes, boost, and juice" section but here's a link to the post on here with all of the separate pieces you'll need:

Could probably get a decent set of cams/springs with it if you find a good price on a head unit

A couple years ago I had every Bolt on under the sun and dynoed at 277 rwhp. If I'm not mistaken the only way you'll get 300 rwhp NA would be cams and good set of heads.
The problem is that I have no clue what parts I would need other than a head unit, injectors, and fuel pump. Are you saying that I could get all necessary
parts for $1,500? Can you provide a list for me?

Hey man here you go. I can promise you its not that hard to do. With the help of uberstang, Kerns and a couple more folks I pieced this together while deployed to Afghanistan. Any help needed let me know.

I posted this a couple years ago. Prices might have gone down since then. This is a complete kit. Also I have a 3.60 pulley, 55lb injectors and a 255 lph pump that I will let you have for real cheap.

Didn't quite reach the $1500.00 Supercharger build but I think I did pretty good. Could have even been cheaper if I hadn't bought the Power Pipe, Tial Bov and went with smaller injectors. Any questions guys let me know..

Here are the parts I have sourced on http://www.superchargersonline.com
Bracket Assembly $309
Discharge Assembly $225
Air Inlet Assembly $248
Oil Feed Assembly $67
Oil Drain Assembly $45
Total for these parts is $894

Used Head Unit $
Injectors $
Fuel Pump $

Am I missing anything? What injectors and fuel pump should I get? And from where?

So how cheap is real cheap? Do I need 55lb injectors?

Nah man you don't need 55s. Just kinda good to have a bigger injector if you ever wanna make more power.

Okay but you didn't answer my question about the price for your parts.

It's not aftermarket pistons, it's notched pistons and that's only if you can't find a builder to properly degree the cams, if you install dot to dot cams then yes, you will need notched pistons.

I know I need to get a fuel pump and injectors but I have no idea what to get or where to get them. I have been told to get a 255lph pump and at least 39lb injectors. But there are different types for each so how can I be sure that I am getting the right parts?
