M-5400-A FORD RACING BULLITT KIT - Available for Sale?
I recently purchased a 2004 Mustang GT to use as a nice day driver to work. It will be in the garage during the winter.
I don't really want to lower the car much since - I live out in the country and back roads are not particularly great. I was just looking for a small drop which would not require a bunch of camber changes. Or make the ride to harsh. But improve the handling just a bit.
I have been reading the forums and it seems like the FRPP Bullitt Kit would be just what I need. Drops the car only about 3/4 of an inch and the shocks/struts are supposed to be pretty good quality. However, I cannot find it in stock anywhere. Does anyone know if this kit is available anywhere? I would really like to get one.
Thank you,

People can poo-poo it all they want but when I wanted to lower my '02 just a tad, I cut out a full coil at each corner and dropped it down just enough to get rid of the factory sized 4x4 gap. It wound up being as near as makes no difference, 1" front and rear. I took and had it aligned and called it a day.
That's been over 5 years ago with no ill effects or weird tire wear and the ride is just fine & not harsh at all.

That's how cars use to be lowered back in the day.
