I'm looking for simplicity and easy problem solving the less electronic crap you have the better, i like efi but this can be way simpler if you take out of the picture all the pro emission additives. thanks for the help i will just cap it at the evap but if any one dose have a way to remove that evap BS to a better more accessible location let me know!!!!!

If you want to remove the evap go ahead but you better do it right. You can remove it all including the box in the rear driver side quarter. You then have to pull the blue evap connections out of the top of the tank and weld them up. Then you have to weld in a rollover valve and run a vent off of it. If not you will have a real hard time putting gas in the tank. You will also need a tune afterwards.

im sure i dont have to say it, but i am going to anyway. dont ever weld on a fuel tank, empty or otherwise. unless you are trained on how to weld closed containers safely

If you have a family member that's a pro welder why not use them =) i might just do this last time I changed my fuel filter incoming gas had a nasty dirty color so it might be something I do. also fuel pumps while filling up have been shutting off on me like crazy even on a empty fill up so might need to clean tank anyways. this is something I will think of.
