Will 4.10's hurt your 0-60 ?? on a typical newer GT ?

I thought I heard if you have to shift to 3rd before 60 it hurts your 0-60 ? Not that 0-60 is the only gauge.

Anyone ?

4.10's will turn a 99+ GT into a red light warrior.
