The deal on the '00 sounds great. I have a '00 that i bought for 4k with just a few more miles on it than that and even though I have dumped a ton more money into it, I still felt fine for what I got. Just keep in mind that a 16 year old car is gonna keep having little things that need to be fixed or replaced, just nature of the age of the car. I bought mine with the intent to just focus my time on performance upgrades but I've probably spent half of the time just fixing and correcting old worn out parts. Upside is you're not looking at convertibles so you wont have to deal with that whole fiasco that I went through when that top wears out

Simple compared to what?
Tuning fuel ejection motors? Timing cams? Yep simple, it all just bolts on. Unless your fabricating say an 8.8 to fit or somthing Special, And except the front spindals not that hard to find. Is Indeed less than doing the same with a sn95 car.

With a better resale value. Jmho
