Default Engine Feels like misfire?

Ok so my O2 sensor went out about 1 month ago and i had no money to replace it. A couple days before i did replace it often in 3rd gear past 2500rpm it would feel like a hard misfire. It would only feel like this maybe once or twice within about 1 second. I replaced the O2 sensor 2 days ago and now it does it occasionally in 3rd and mostly in 4th. And all this time the only engine light and code was for the O2 sensor and the day after i changed it, it went away. Could the spark plugs be causing this because i let the engine run with a bad o2? Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Today after work i was driving home. The engine light came on @%$!. So i took it to autozone and it is the same exact code Bank 1 Sensor 1 Heater Circuit Malfunction.

If the plugs have more than 50k on them, replace them. You might have a bad coil as well.

The plugs have less then 10k. I wanted to change the plugs but they are pretty expensive for me to buy all 8 at once

You can buy 8 Spark plugs (copper) for less than $15. Fancy/expensive plugs don't do anything for performance anyway.
