oh and LT's dont make a bit of difference versus shorties on the 4.6, Ive read WAAAAY to many dynos. We are talking MAYBE 2-4 horse difference. LT's=overrated.

the 99 has the hp advantage but the 96 has the weight advantage and gears. i say there is only one way to find out.
