Could be right! I know American Muscle Dyno tested before & after results. Showed a small Hp increase,

Unless the gain is significant it can be contributed to variances in the dyno itself, single digit gains are imaginary.

I noticed when I pulled the third coil on the drivers side, the plug well was full of water/oil. The spark plug seemed tight. The old plug looked like the other 7,
Any thoughts on this?

sometimes the rubber boot doesnt seal and allows water to enter the well, if it was mostly oil you could have, or at one time it had, a valve cover gasket leak, or somebody spilled oil while filling without a funnel.

I was thinking the same thing.
I notice the best performance ('02 GT) when I replace mine at every 50k.
I put MSD Blaster coils in this time (with new plugs) at 100k and the power band seems to pull a little harder. I think a BAMA tuner is my next step.
