Mach 1 chin spoiler. Hard or easy to install?
i was just wondering if the spoiler was hard to install and if you have to drill holes in the bottom of the bumper. also the grill delete is that hard to install?

dunno about your spoiler, but mine came with a grill delete from the previous owner, he said it was easy. basically take off the old grille and install new one, a few screws if I'm not mistaken...

Chin spoiler is easy to install & yest you have to drill holes. The grill delete is easy too. Well worth the little bit of time put into the install.

^^True or you can just tape it on then adjust to fit. That's what I did. It's honestly a very easy install. The bumper's plastic is soft, so any 'ol drill will do. Then just find a 1/4in drill bit.

Chin spoiler is very very easy. Here's how to do it by yourself:
-buy a bunch of plastic alligator clamps from wal-mart or whatever
- experiment with fitment by clamping the spoiler in place. You can experiment with position and believe it or not there is more than one way to mount like offset (overbight, underbite) and make sure that you are centered (same amount left on passenger side and drivers side etc). Using the clamps you don't have to commit until you start drilling.
THEN
- drill the holes. Use whatever sequence that you think will help you stay out of trouble but pretty much should be foolproof from here if you already have it clamped down and have experimented with position.
This is how I did mine. Easy with cordless drill. HINT: hit that chin spoiler with tire detailer or engine detailer every once in a while makes it look so very nice!

Just got the Mach 1 grill delete put in along with the Mach 1 grill. I really like it, I would post pics but my computer won't let me for some reason as soon as i get it working i will post some so you can tell me what you think.

I've put 3 chin spoilers on mine and my 2 daughters cars. They are easy to do but it helps to have another person while you tape it up. The first one I used the Ford push pins. The next 2 I bought some large headed self tapping screws. Buy the screws, much easier.
The grill delete is not bad but a little more work than the spoiler.
