One thing I do prefer about the Mark VIII engine over the Mach I engine is the idle. The Idle on that Lincoln engine was so smooth that it was almost mesmerizing. The Mach I idles like a Ford.

I love Mark VIII's. I owned a '98 for about 10 years but finally got tired of chasing gremlins. The wrap around cockpit interior is by far the best interior I have ever seen. It fit me like a glove. A true gentleman's hot rod.

Still have a little work to do to it, but its coming along. I did a hub redrill to put those cobra rims on it. Did the exhaust because I like it to have a bit of rumble,,, I think all lincolns should rumble a bit lol.
This was before I got the exhaust all buttoned up I just want to hear those summit 2 chambers lol
Oh and I still have to get around to replacing that annoying belt tensionor.
