Do I need a bleeder valve? Upgraded Cooling system
So I am looking to upgrade my cooling system on my 1998 DOHC motor. My current plan is to:
1) Go with the MMR inline thermostat to get rid of the stock thermostat housing (clean up the engine bay delete the bypass tube.)
2) To solve the issue with the extra connection that will be left in the crossover tube - going to take out the factory crossover tube and replace it with Braided hose.
The one issue I cannot seem to find an answer to is doing this will leave me without a bleeder valve. Is this going to cause me issues? Anyone have issues getting the air out of the system without this valve?
I did some searching and came up dry on and "aftermarket"valve to perform this function.
Thoughts?
Thanks.
