well yet another update on my car ,looked over the fuelo rails saturday found one old oring was still up in fuel rail, anyhow after fixing that car started running like crap, been haveing the surge idle issues and a rattle up front of the motor, so got local mechanic looking it over tommorow for possible broken timeing chain guides and wore out chain ,thinking it may have jumped a tooth saturday, no power and flutters out when giveing it gas so more to come soon

just wanted to update the thread on my issue , finally found out what was causeing my idle surge , it was the purge valve ! i think what was happening Is it was opening and not closeing fully, thus created a vacuum leak being open , i plugged off the vacuum from back of throttle body and hose to the purge valve ,then i rest my kam with tuner no more surge

Thanks for following up, i will keep that one in my pocket. there is a test "blow through" just to check for that, The purge valve in it's normal state you shouldn't be able to blow through it when energized you should be able to blow through the valve.

Again glad to hear you found it.
