2003 mustang headlights

Anyone know a good product that will clean my 2003 mustang headlights.The one on the drivers side looks like it was tinted with a tint material a few times not sure what will remove it.Any ideas are welcome.

I think that you'd have to use the same products intended for dealing with oxidized/cloudy lenses.
