K member from 04 cobra to 02 gt

needing a k member for my car and I found one from a part out of a 04 cobra but I have a 2002 gt with a 4.6 will it bolt on or should I just keep looking?

It fits, I have 1994 Cobra with 2003 Mach K-Member. Maybe should use same control arms, that belongs to Cobra. Bushing is different, but dimensions should be same.
