Traction control 2000 GT

my mustang doesn't have a traction control switch but when I took apart my trim around my stick and cigarette lighter there is a electrical plug back there exactly where traction control would be. Do I have traction control or is this just a blank plug in case anyone ever wanted to install TC on it?

It was an option, not all of them came with it. But the plug is included in the harness so they dont have to make different harnesses for different options.

Just like the fog lights. Wiring is these all you need are the housings,builds and switch.
