Hi, Just got a new 2004 GT and
I have some questionsalong this line. I am looking to make my first mods to my car and thought I would start with intake or exhaust. I got some info from some one that mods to exhaust does not add any performance unless you are using a turbo or super charger. Where can I go to see the performance gains from exhausts? And what type of exhaust should I go with if I am looking for performace and do not want sound until I open it up? (Of course I am willing to sacrifice sound if the performance is worth it.)

Whoever told you that has absolutely no clue what they are talking about.

Magnaflow is the way to go for everything, extremely quiet when you want it to be and it's loud as hell want you want it to be. Do a search for Magnaflow in this exhaust forum and you will see many threads & posts full of comparisons.

All the intakes that are availabel (there is only 2) will cost over $1000, unless you talking about the cold air intakes, whic are all a waste of money. Just get a drop in K&N
