I have a 204 Mustang GT and recently I've been made aware that my inner blinker on the rear driver side, A. doesn't blink, and B. stays bright and doesn't dim as it should when I let off the brakes. So my brake light is staying bright, while the left side is working fine. Possibly a bulb malfunction?

Either a wiring fault or wrong lamp. Should be a #3157, which is a dual filament bulb. Possibly somebody installed a #3156, which is single filament. I'd check that first...
