Default couple of important questions

so i have a 98 ford mustang sn95 with no cats or resonators and have elbow o2 sensor cheaters on the down pipe right after my X pipe now if my guess is correct wouldnt a tune be required to have the car run properly????????? PLEASE any advice is awesome

The upstream O2's are critical to engine management. The downstream sensors do nothing but observe catalyst efficiency. You're good.
