Need advice on 4.6l 2v Rebuild (potential turbo setup)

So. My Romeo 4.6 PI is kicking the dust. Its got a tick. Either a lifter or timing tensioner issue. Im taking this opportunity to build the top end to be futureproof. I want to get my power and torque to at least the 500s but potential to ~750 if I want to later down the road. Keep in mind i want it as a weekend warrior/daily driver.
1) what resources should I look into for rebuilding. This is my first build. Looking at Sean Hylunds max power 4.6 and 5.3 book.
2) what timing kit should I buy (I want to eventually build a Teksid bottom end for my romeo heads.
3) what cams should I go for so I can do turbos in the next couple years? I was thinking a stage 2 from comp, because i dont want to do clearancing work like i would have to do woth a stage 3.
4) what valve springs, lifters, and whatever else I need for the top end? Do you need new valves? Ive heard of sleeving them. Is this necessary?
5) I'm sure I missed something.

Im definately getting ARP bolts and porting my heads.
My current bolt ons are bbk CAI, BBK 300 lph fuel pump, Pypes Offroad X pipe, magnaflow performance straight through cat back. I have an SCT tuner. Evenfually I want to source a Teksid with forged internals but that is for another day and another post.

Go on FB and join a group called NA SVT Camshafts..... Not trying to steer your question away from here as there are still a couple of pretty knowledgeable guys around, but traffic here is pretty slow. That FB group will answer everything you wanna know in about 10 minutes lol. The guy that runs the group (Todd Warren) is a cam guru and can do you way better than some off the shelf Comp's, which really aren't what you want for your proposed application anyway.
