Intermittent hesitation
 

Recently I've started to experience some hesitation. Sounds weird but this started when my A/C started only blowing from the defroster. I'm also hearing a slight whistling sound when moving. Which leaves me to believe this could be a vacuum problem. Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone have a vacuum line diagram?
