2nd Gear Grind?

2nd Gear Grind?
when i get on it, my shift between first to second grinds, i have the clutch pettal pressed all the way down. when it goes into second it grindes befor it goes in. it happesn inbetween 4000 RPM and above. whatd going on is it a syncro? is there any fix other then rebuild?

Once it starts grinding, a rebuild is your only option. When was the last time you changed you tranny oil and what did you use?
Try tossing some royal purple in there. That may give you a little more life, but you are just delaying the inevitable

Its a Syncro. Get it do the dealership and let them know there is a TS out there that says they need to fix it for free.
What dose TS stand for? and does any one have the TS number or what info do i need about it for them to fix it.

I meant a TSB, Technical Service Bullitin. It makes the dealer aware of certain problems with certain cars of certain year models. Here is a link you will find helpful. Loow for "Powertrain TSB's".
