I'm running 97.68 in a quarter of a mile and I wanna hit 100 but I just cant think of what else I can do that's cheap like under 200 any advice is appreciated.

93 Octane tune, under-drive pulley system.

I don't wanna mess with with gears since I still drive it on long trips.

Grab a 5 gallon gas can and go down to your local airport and buy 5 gallons of 100 octane low lead gas and mix it with your regular high test (for street driving I would usually run 2/1 HT to AG, but for strip you might try 1/1). You'll definitely notice a difference.

Will need a tune to really take advantage of that extra octane though. Does jet fuel have something else in it too that would be advantageous? Does the low lead content make a difference? Because our fuels are unleaded for emissions stuff.

You can try airing up your front tires (read sidewall, do not exceed the max).

Avgas still has lead because the engines that normally use it still require it. Sure a tune would get you the most bang for the buck but even without a tune you'll definitely notice an improvement in your butt-o-meter in the cars performance.
