Default Head or intake gasket?

I have 2003 GT was driving on highway, went to pass a group of cars and something gave, engine slightly lost compression, felt like I lost a cylinder at first, managed to get it home safely. Today drove it a couple of miles to try to diagnose problem, no engine light, no codes but noticed white smoke. Checked coolant and sure enough looks like losing some not at a fast rate though. Also noticed it burning thorough the fuel like crazy actually seen gas gage loose an eighth of a tank in just over driving it about 10-12 miles. Had my son rev it as I watched the exhaust, white smoke out of both sides but more so out of the right side, guessing either intake gasket or head gasket really hoping it's the intake. Can't remember but if its the head gasket shouldn't the smoke only come out of the side of the blown gasket and not both on a V8?

After thinking about my own question, really doubt its the head gasket as there is smoke our of both, %80 out of the right then %20 out of the left exhaust, because of loss of power and motor running very crappy along with great fuel loss thinking the intake its self might be cracked. Any input or similar experience would like to hear about it and also if its even worth buying another plastic intake or footing the bill for an aluminum.

Not sure I understand how a cracked intake manifold would cause the symptoms you describe. Is the coolant crossover on the car plastic or aluminum? If it is cracked, you will see coolant leaking from the crossover, and eventually onto the ground. It isn't being sucked into the engine thru the intake. If you are getting white smoke, you are getting coolant into the compression chamber, which is likely a blown head gasket.

Check for cracks in the intake and also do a compression test.
