Automatic 4.6 Longtube headers

Anyone used pypes long tube headers?
I currently have a 1998 GT and it's automatic on the passenger side long tube it seems it is rubbing with the transmission oil pan, also the driver side is not letting the steering shaft go in to place since these dont have the dent like the BBK does.

Or has anyone had the issue where the steering shaft it's rubbing off the header on the driver side, what was your solution?

Here is a pic before they were installed now they are on the car.

Flaming river steering shaft eliminates the rag-joint that allows for the long tubes to go on with out a dent in them. As for the other side< did you make sure you got headers for an AUTO trans?

Man those shaft are crazy expensive, as to the passenger header that does not worry me as much as the steering shaft placement.
