Popping Noise

Popping Noise
okay i put in my 4 cyl mustang struts and now its making a popping noise with a slight bit of moment from the car? I tried swithcing the struts spacers around and it seemed like it got quieter but now its just annoying. It still has the stepped spacer on the bottom...o yeah i have cc plates
