Default MAC Header Install

I know that i have already posted this in the past, but have not gotten the answer i was looking for. I did a header install with off-road x-pipe, and my service engine light came on. The rear 02 sensors are throwing the code. I've tried mil eliminators, which did not work. I've tried calling several auto shops, and they all say that i cannot program it. I would like to just program the computer to cancel out those rear sensors. What do you guys think??

Well, you got three options: chip, tuner or dyno tune.

what you needed to do what buy 2 odb 2 sensors and intall them with your x-pipe.. its the x-pipe thats making the check engine come up.. its gonna be a pain now taking off your x pipe to go install those sensors(btw you need brand new ones, you can get them from most performance shops, thats what i did when i got mine put on)

I thought that those tuners were only for minor modifications. Are you sure those can cancel out the rear sensors??

Yes, you can turn them off with any hand held tuner.

Are you sure your sensors weren't faulty to begin with? It'll be a whole lot cheaper to replace them once and try the eliminators again, make sure you disconnect the battery for atleast 30 seconds for the computer to reset and erase any codes.

I'm pretty sure that the sensors are good. There are a lot of features on those tuners that i would like anyway, so i will probably go with one of them. Thanks for the input.
