Default engine build for 2.2 kb

well i was wondering if anyone new anything about the chp 4.6l street fighter kit. would it be better to buy the shortblock or just build the one that is in the car now. i am going to take the 1.7l kb off and get the 2.2l and put some patriot heads on. let me know what u think thanks alot!!!!!

If you do not need to drive the car for a while then you should just build your current one... little cheaper and the chances of the cylinders being scored/damaged is low unless you really neglected basic maintenence.

At the same time though, you can buy a new short block and have a factory engine that you can sell... If you wanted to be nice to some guy who needed it.
