Default Nitrous bottle mount location

Trunk mount sucks...can't reach it when you need. Yea...I could spend the extra $ for the remote bottle opener, but I would rather not.

Anyone tried a behind the seat or similar mount? How did it go?

I think I am going to mount mine on the back seat. Most sn95 and up mustangs have seats that pull out, giving you access to the truck, and all I would need to do is reach around, grab the loop handle, pull the seat down, and there the bottle is with the nitrous right there.

you can mount it in your passanger floor board but the passanger seat will have to be forward for it to fit.

yeah in the trunk sucks if you don't have a bottle opener but i mean you never see it and it keeps it hidden and the car still lokking clean. Mines in the trunk as of now which sux cuz everytime i don't turn it on a car pulls up next to me that has potential. remember you need a blowdown tube if the bottle is in the car like not in the trunk if you go to the track. if its in the trunk you don't need a blowdown tube. so either way you need to spend the extra dough though the blowdown tube is a bit cheaper. if you run it on the street then go ahead. also its visible if a cop pulls you over and they always put the flashlight in the back seats and check everything out. OB has his behind his seat if i remebder correctly. PM him or come to the northeast section and post.

Part of the problem is that the ZEX bottle is so big!

Slick: I thought of doing just what you said, but it wouldn't fit once I flipped the seat down. I would have to mount it to both seats and open them at the same time...which is not really feasible.
