popping out of reverse

so today i was driving my car around and all of a sudden my car started poping out of revers i know there is a service bulletin for it but i dont know how to go through with that... can anyone help me? by the way car is a 96 gt

For a TSB print off the details of it, take the sheet to a Ford dealership. Tell them about the problem and that you know there is a service bulletin on it and show them the sheet. They will tell you and give you everything else you need... Ford will reimburse you for the work after your dealership completes it.
