Driver's side window issues
 

Bought this car a few months back and it always had issues with the driver's side window not aligning properly. It never really fully closed but I could usually mess with the rear quarter window and get it closed enough. However a couple weeks ago the window itself wouldn't go down properly (it would "fall" rather than smoothly going down), and the other day the seal (the black part around the window, not sure if that's what it's called) just fell off while I was driving, and now the window makes a concerning noise while rolled down (scared it'll shatter inside the door) Does anyone know what the deal is with this? It's such a weird problem that I haven't had any success on Google. I don't think it's that big of a deal but I'd like to fix it before spring lol
