To answer your original question, to compare an o3-4 cobra to a blown Roush is an apples to oranges comparison. 2 completely different animals. The cobra is more modable for increased hp than the Roush. If you want to eventually make either faster, the cobra gets the nod. But if 400 ish hp is plenty for you (plenty for most), and you want a car that handles well and turns heads, the Roush is for you. Yeah, with the Roush, some one took a stage II and added the blower aftermarket.

ROUSh 440A would walk a cobra from factory, course a 4v is goin to respond better to mods than a 2v but the 440a dynoed at 407 rwhp with the Roush air-to-liquid intercooled roots blower,with eaton internals instead of using the 76mm pulley as in the 380r they swapped it out for a 73mm increasing the boost from 6 to 8psi and as far as handling roush would out handle a cobra
