I have a 96 GT with low miles and great condition I was considering selling and it lookin for an automatic but it would be hard to find one as good as this one, I was looking into a transmission swap because I read another post that claimed the Mustangs were made to take an auto or manual transmission so they have the mounts already and I noticed I have what looks like it would be a clutch but its a solid piece I was just looking into how much it costs ?

the solid piece on the left side of the brake is a foot rest. All mustangs, manual or auto, have one. Changing from an auto to manual is not worth it, your better off getting a shift kit.
