i have motive 4.10s. i wish i went with 4.30s. i love the motives they have no whine at all and are made outta great material i find them to be indestructable. but most ppl will recommend frpp i dunno why though they are no better than motive.
Some people claim adjusting the lash is easier with the FRPP's, which is understandable but I agree that they aren't a 'better made' gear.

Better for city driving vs. highway. Stop and go traffic=even better.

They arent that bad on the highway. I think you may lose about 2mpg. Not a big deal if you ask me. But it seems you will do better mpg in city driving. But for some, it is a big deal. I dont have mine installed yet, but I cant wait. Screw the mpg.

I don't plan on doing much highway driving, but so i'm thinking i'll go with 4.10's... But do gears make that big of a difference in a race?

So pretty much, the higher the gears (3.73 compared to 4.30) the faster my time will be? So it's all on if I care more about power than MPG??
