saleen body or stock body?
Im still trying to make up my mind on which way im gonna go. My budget is gonna be tight for the body work, but i want it to be perfect. I basically have to replace my side skirts, and rear bumper. I can get oem skirts and a rear bumper for fairly cheap. im gonna have the whole car repainted same color of course, and if i leave the body stock i will have the rocker stripes, but im not sure on the racing stripes. then there is the saleen kit for somewhere around $1200, that would take care of the things i need to replace, and id just go with the saleen stripe. ive seen it both ways (stock would be the way it looks now with the rocker stripe), the saleen kit looks nice too which is why i need some feed back. here are pictures of each:
so which do you prefer?

ive never seen an orange sn95 cobra so im not sure howd that look. i like the gt hood better though. oh by the way the whole car is getting about 1500$ in suspension (cc plates billstein struts/springs, sf connectors, upper.lower ca..the works) installed so itll definetly be lower.

RE: saleen body or stock body?
IMHO, unless it can keep pace with saleen's or cobra's stay with stock or a variation there of, my biggest pet peeve here in jville is people making replica cars and nto doing anything to them performance wise. For example, a stock SN95 GT with cobra kit, a stock 01 v6 with saleen kit( just those two specificially from my units). It's just a personal opinion :-p

I'd get that saleen spoiler.....throw on that suspension.....get it all painted again (including the tails, only keep them if you go saleen, otherwise I dont like them)....then tint it out and you wil have a sick ride.
What kind of catback do you have? Those tips are really weird......
