Stock '01 GT goes 12.66@110mph
Got your attention huh? I was just trying to keep up with the guy in the 5.0 section. Mad props to him on his 13's on a very smartly planned out bolt on Fox. I am making a point. His first thread was "Stock notch goes 13's". Then after reading through that and several other threads, it actually has mods, weight issues, no accessories (which can be stock) and suspension bolt ons.
So, when you say "stock"...mean stock or with say with "no power adders" or stock motored. Am I the only one who feels this way. Otherwise, I could back up my title of this thread. My "stock" 2001 GT with full leather interior, all accessories runs 12.6's all day long.

haha, you noticed im sure that ive been talking to him the WHOLE time trying to let him understand his differnet version of stock
i'm with you 100% original equipment is stock
the only excuse i would make to still qualify stock would be an identical set of tires (as far as stickyness goes)
obviously there arent many mustangs out there with the original rubber
(at least he is consitent though mitch, he said my car with 4.10's dr's partial exhaust was still stock too)

now you post the time slip man.. lol
two things,, what were you racing? to pull a 2.4 60' and then runa 13.5 something
and second. is that your best time slip yet?
cause i would have thought yo ucould pull that 60' down alot more than that

even tires should be stock. put a pair of DRs on a stock 99+ GT and you'll probably easily hit 13s.
if i went to like firestone or something, just another kind of tire, but not a high perf. one

My best is a 12.4, but I have only run it twice. I run between 12.61 and 12.67 all day long.
im confused if so cause i was under the impression you had some suspension work to pull those launches much lower..
