RE: Cant get rid of exhaust rattle!!!
I'd put the car on 4 jack stands, get under neath it after making sure its safe to get under and see if theres anything touching metal. I know my pipes were slightly touching the frame all i did was take a pry bar and bend it away from the frame..just look for something that would make a rattle and bend it alittle

I have a little of the same prob. but I am taking mine to a local mustang performance shop to get it fixed. they said that they see it all the time with shops not knowing what they are doing. but who knows.

see i dont think it is rubbing anything because i took it to a shop and they tightened the bults but now they are loose and rattaling again so i dont think its touching any other metal.

Make sure all the welds on the whole exhaust system are good. If a weld breaks, your exhaust will make a rattle. Some part of the pipe may have pulled away and is hitting somewhere. Check where the pipe goes over the rear axle. Ive seen where someone used the cheap clamps that come with a catback to connect pipes instead of welding, and the pipe pulled out and was bounceing around on the axle. If that doesnt seem to be the issue and the bolts are loose, I would suggest putting lock washers on to keep the bolts from loosening up again.
