Default sys too lean on bank 2

I got this check engine code that says my engine is running too lean on the passenger side cylinder bank. now i did accidently run my car for a while without a a filter. do you think dirt could have messed up the MAF? should i clean it? would this cause the car to go lean?

i dont think that would do it. i think you may have a fuel line issue possibly bad injector

Your problem is more then like 02 sensor on the passenger side. MAF doesn't read a bank side, only the O2 sensors for air. Fuel supply could be a problem, but not the usual.
