Mach 1/Cobra Heads

I'm looking to save a few dollars if I can and I am interested in the 2.2L blower from KB. The 2.2L for the GT is $5200, the same blower for the 03/04 Cobra is much cheaper. So, I'm looking for the whole top end of an 03/04 Cobra engine. Since I'm guessing a set of Cobra heads is going to be hard to find, are the Mach 1 heads the same? I have my doubts but does anyone know for sure? I can very likely get whatever I can find in a boneyard for very cheap, assuming I can find it, so I'm looking for some alternatives.

The heads are not the same, neither are the cams, etc. It will be cheaper to just get the KB for the GT. What numbers are you looking for? You might not even need the 2.2.
