I just swapped in my new 4.6 motor today on my 00 gt. Everything works, however the gas pedal is really loose. Its very sensitive, when you give it a little gas, the motor revs very high due to the very loose and sensitive pedal. Is there a spring on the pedal to give some resistance when u gas it? It just doesnt feel right, can someone help me pls.

the return spring on a 4.6 is located on the tb make sure its on there right but i don't see how it would get out of wack.

The spring is there, but it feels loose. I dont know if thats how it is but are those springs replacable? Or do I have to buy a whole new throttle body assembly.
